Responsibilities
- Support ad technology and omni-channel campaign production efforts across multiple brand teams.
- Contribute to programmatic, social, and video campaigns using HTML/JS/CSS.
- Audit and define criteria for functional and non-functional deliverable requirements.
- Cultivate relationships with platform partners to establish development best practices.
- Encourage innovation and cross-team collaboration.
- Support strategic roadmaps and onboarding materials for product development.
- Become a super-user on new tools developed by PMG Product Teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a Creative, AdTech, or Digital Agency.
- Knowledge of digital creative best practices and deliverables.
- Ability to write scalable and modular code for dynamic creative standards.
- Strong understanding of IAB Standards and Digital Ad Formats.
- Training on PMG required DCO ad serving platforms.
- Working knowledge of Project Management and DevOps tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Creative Assets and Design apps like Adobe Creative Suite.
