Responsibilities
- Lead teams of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large-scale OutSystems applications.
- Remain hands-on by developing key components of web and mobile applications and applying development best practices.
- Investigate and resolve issues through end-to-end analysis and fixes.
- Manage customers, conduct solution discussions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Propose robust solutions involving application development, hardware, networks, and third-party software integrations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of application development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical lead role.
- Proficiency in .NET or Java, database modeling, and SQL.
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript and CSS.
- Experience with the OutSystems Platform is advantageous.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently, with strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
