Base Salary
$105k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and support secure, scalable applications and APIs.
- Develop full-stack AWS and ROSA solutions using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, REST, and GraphQL.
- Manage infrastructure as code and delivery pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and Docker.
- Improve application security, reliability, observability, testing, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot application, cloud infrastructure, and identity service issues.
- Collaborate with product, UX, security, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Codex to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, and APIs.
- Hands-on AWS and cloud-native development experience.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, automated testing, and relational databases.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Preferred experience includes GraphQL, ROSA, OpenShift, Kubernetes, enterprise design systems, accessible interfaces, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Graph, IAM, passwordless authentication, passkeys, OTP, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, Python, Go, Dynatrace, production support, and end-to-end software delivery.
- Familiarity with the Merna tech stack and its direction.

- Potential starting base salary of $105,000–$140,000 and yearly incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary.
