Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of core robotics platform software.
- Perform in-depth performance analysis and hardware/software debugging.
- Develop and maintain software components for deployment and telemetry monitoring.
- Contribute to long-term technical roadmap planning and mentor engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce software quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-quality software.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ and Python.
- Experience with large, complex systems and development tooling.
- Demonstrated commitment to software quality and maintainability.
- Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
