Responsibilities
- Help customers realize the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Progress through the FE Launchpad from structured learning to independently leading customer engagements.
- Build demos and prototypes to address real customer problems.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to shape customer architectures.
- Engage in continuous learning through certifications, bootcamps, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Early-career professionals with approximately 2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong technical foundation with a STEM degree or equivalent experience.
- Interest in customer engagement and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ownership mindset with initiative to build and iterate on ideas.
- Foundational familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to Databricks or cloud certifications is preferred.
