Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable AI-based software solutions.
- Research and review open-source AI models and recommend suitable models for client data-processing tasks.
- Integrate AI models into modular software components and build pipelines combining multiple AI modules.
- Implement features and fixes in existing software products using Python.
- Create technical documentation, record technical decisions, and provide software usage instructions.
- Perform unit and integration testing, identify defects, and verify expected software behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- At least six years of experience in the IT field.
- At least two years of experience developing AI-based software solutions.
- Participation in at least one project integrating AI models.
- Participation in at least one project integrating AI models into modular components or building pipelines that combine multiple AI modules.
- At least two years of experience writing clean, efficient, and scalable Python code.
- Good knowledge of Python, AI and machine learning fundamentals, software architecture, APIs, microservices, and Docker.
- Desirable: experience designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AI-based software solutions.
- Desirable: at least one year of experience building test sets and automated evaluations, measuring system and model performance, detecting regressions after model or prompting changes, and complementing unit and integration tests.
- Desirable: knowledge of statistics and evaluation metrics including precision, recall, F1, and error rates.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment and adapt to rapidly changing application-development technologies.
