Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks supporting business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management and ServiceNow SAM Pro as a technical architect and lead developer.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and software compliance processes.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical and sustainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
