Base Salary
$104k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform system-level testing for WLAN and Bluetooth wireless connectivity products.
- Test protocol functionality, end-to-end system behavior, performance, physical-layer features, and RF features.
- Develop and execute test cases across varied operational scenarios.
- Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide recommendations.
- Enhance and automate test procedures and analysis tools.
- Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and RF engineers to support commercialization and product launches.
- Conduct WLAN/BT system validation, performance benchmarking, feature verification, competitive analysis, and issue triage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in digital communications, networking, wireless communications, and TCP/IP.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to WLAN technologies, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, is preferred.
- Knowledge of OFDMA and MIMO concepts is preferred.
- Test automation, WLAN packet or sniffer analysis, WLAN and Bluetooth testing, and automated test solution development experience are preferred.
- Python programming skills are preferred.
- MSEE or MSCE with testing experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills are expected.
