Responsibilities
- Develop and test integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
- Build automations that reduce manual investigation and accelerate issue resolution.
- Analyze logs and system events to identify recurring issues, unusual patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Improve incident triage by connecting monitoring, ticketing, and communication workflows.
- Support authentication, access management, account lifecycle, subscription, and billing workflows.
- Build reports and dashboards from operational, subscription, and system data.
- Document integration behavior, troubleshooting procedures, and implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Familiarity with APIs, logs, SQL, or data visualization through coursework, projects, or prior experience.
- Demonstrated interest in troubleshooting, automation, and understanding how software systems operate.
- Experience with monitoring, dashboarding, source control, identity management, or billing systems is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
