Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, improve performance, and support software-hardware interface evaluation.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, diagrams, status updates, and project specifications according to project standards.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, release schedules, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and provide ongoing project and delivery updates.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills in Informatica and data analysis.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, information flows, data usage, system processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to design and execute software validation test cases and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineers, and functional teams.
- Ability to provide customer-focused communication, status reporting, and timely issue resolution.
