Responsibilities
- Triage incoming bugs by analyzing logs, APIs, and stack traces.
- Create minimal reproductions from vague client reports.
- Prioritize bugs based on severity, client count, and SLA risks.
- Manage the JIRA backlog, including queries, workflows, and dashboards.
- Negotiate with PMs and engineers for sprint inclusion and communicate with clients.
Requirements
- Interest in L3 support, tech QA, or incident management in SaaS/B2B.
- Basic knowledge of JIRA and observability tools like Datadog and Kibana.
- Comfort with logs, APIs, and stack traces.
