Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth of a portfolio of 20–30 customers representing $2–4MM in ARR.
  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and guide customers through Freshpaint setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation.
  • Validate implementation behavior against agreed requirements and expected data flows while maintaining accurate documentation and operational records.
  • Educate customers on healthcare data privacy, Freshpaint capabilities, data principles, and related business outcomes.
  • Communicate technical concepts to marketers, product managers, data scientists, engineers, agency partners, and senior executives.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, customer advocate, and internal voice of the customer across Product, Support, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Partner with Account Management to drive feature adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and define technical requirements and action plans.
  • Facilitate implementation kickoff and scoping discussions and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to customer lifecycle processes, internal special projects, playbooks, content, and scalable team practices.
  • Attend customer and industry events and occasionally visit customers onsite.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Previous experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
  • Clear understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development.
  • Experience implementing, onboarding, supporting, and troubleshooting platform configurations.
  • Working proficiency with Google Tag Manager, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to align technical concepts and product features with customer capabilities and business needs and present them to diverse stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical, process-oriented, organizational, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a geographically distributed team environment.
  • Commitment to customer success, diplomacy, tact, and poise when addressing customer issues.
  • Ability to drive adoption and sell new product offerings and services.
  • Preferred experience with customer data, marketing technology, SQL, front-end and server-side APIs, analytics tools or warehouses, demand-side platforms, healthcare marketing, data privacy, enterprise healthcare, and common customer-data or product-analytics vendors.
