Responsibilities
- Own the product security strategy across Temenos products and services.
- Embed security into product design, architecture, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Lead threat modeling, security architecture reviews, vulnerability management, remediation, and product security incident response.
- Secure source control, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, dependencies, containers, release artifacts, developer identities, credentials, tokens, and secrets.
- Establish requirements for SBOMs, provenance, artifact signing and verification, and open-source and third-party software risk management.
- Define security requirements and controls for customer-facing AI and agentic banking capabilities, including prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe outputs, tool use, permissions, and runtime monitoring.
- Govern AI-assisted tools and autonomous agents across the SDLC, including data handling, access controls, human approvals, testing, review, traceability, and provenance.
- Build and lead a global product and AI security team and establish ownership across Product, Engineering, Enterprise Security, Risk, and Compliance.
- Develop security champions and reusable secure engineering patterns, and represent Temenos in customer and regulatory discussions.
- Report material risks and program performance to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in product or application security within a software company.
- Strong knowledge of secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and modern software supply chains.
- Practical knowledge of cloud-native, SaaS, API, and identity security.
- Experience securing generative AI and agentic systems.
- Understanding of AI-assisted tools across the full SDLC.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated sector.
- Ability to communicate technical risk to engineers, executives, customers, and regulators.
