Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, modernization, and security of mission-critical software solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering software across cloud, enterprise, embedded, and avionics platforms.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices, modern software engineering methodologies, and automation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace certification requirements and industry standards.
- Establish technical direction and support successful execution of software development programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, systems, quality, cybersecurity, product, and global engineering teams.
- Improve development efficiency, software quality, and cybersecurity across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience leading software engineering teams and establishing technical direction.
- Experience with software architecture, development, modernization, and security for mission-critical systems.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, software engineering methodologies, and automation strategies.
- Ability to work across cloud, enterprise, embedded, and avionics platforms.
