Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable agentic AI frameworks and generative AI solutions for banking use cases.
- Develop and integrate agentic AI systems using multiple model providers and platforms.
- Build full-stack applications with LLM-driven workflows and AI coding tools.
- Define metrics, evaluation strategies, and feedback loops to improve AI system performance and behavior.
- Research, prototype, and integrate advances in agent-based, autonomous, and generative AI technologies.
- Deliver production-grade AI capabilities using MVP-driven rapid iteration and continuous experimentation.
- Design API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures, including data engineering patterns for AI systems.
- Collaborate hands-on with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Align AI solutions with banking, financial services, regulated-environment, and business requirements.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of progressive software engineering experience with a strong hands-on coding background.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on AI software development, LLM-based solutions, agentic systems, and/or machine learning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java with Spring Boot, plus working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript with Angular and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, MCPs, and agent frameworks such as Google ADK.
- Understanding of knowledge representation, planning, and multi-agent systems.
- Practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI capabilities into production.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, agile delivery, application resiliency, and security practices.
- Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, plus solid understanding of banking or financial services and regulated environments.
- Preferred qualifications include data science experience involving statistical modeling or experimentation and an interest in mentoring junior AI engineers.
