Responsibilities
- Serve as the first technical and delivery-quality point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with client technical and business teams to coordinate stakeholders and ensure quality delivery.
- Implement features across front-end applications, back-end servers, databases, and supporting infrastructure.
- Improve team workflows, support team success, and promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Build client relationships and support future collaboration.
- Help teams adopt and follow agile practices.
Requirements
- Have broad experience across back-end development, front-end development, and operations.
- Have usually at least eight years of relevant work experience.
- Understand and have experience with agile project management principles.
- Have previous team-lead and consulting experience.
- Have experience working with multiple client stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Have experience with at least one common server-side programming language.
- Have strong knowledge of at least one common client-side language and framework.
- Be able to create backend services and modify CI/CD pipelines when needed.
- Have database know-how, such as PostgreSQL.
- Have fluent verbal and written English skills.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup at the office or client premises.
