Responsibilities
- Develop business process improvement software packages with a Scrum team.
- Build and support client-side and server-side applications, including SharePoint applications and custom knowledge management solutions.
- Use C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node.js, Bootstrap, Angular, React, TypeScript, JSON, CSOM, and REST to deliver application capabilities.
- Test code in pre-production, ensure interoperability and completeness, and document completed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development staff.
- Collaborate with product owners, DevOps engineers, and security personnel to deliver mission-critical capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and operational environments.
- Support system deployment and sustainment in IL2/IL4 cloud and on-premises environments.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- At least 6 years of software development experience focused on full-stack engineering is required.
- Proficiency in SharePoint application development, C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework is required.
- Experience with Angular and/or Node.js and proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design, such as SQL Server, are required.
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and clean code principles is required.
- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and collaborative team environments is required.
- Desired qualifications include DoD or classified-environment experience, Azure Government or Azure DevOps familiarity, Docker and Kubernetes knowledge, DevSecOps and CI/CD experience, familiarity with NIST or RMF, and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
