Responsibilities
- Support reliability and security strategies across Trimble’s Azure infrastructure.
- Apply security configurations, patching standards, and operational guidelines across Windows VMs and SQL Servers.
- Participate in global patch deployment and troubleshooting workflows using enterprise patch-management tools.
- Assist with Azure landing-zone policies, RBAC access controls, WAF rules, and Zero Trust protocols.
- Perform CVE scans and support vulnerability triage and automated remediation.
- Write and maintain PowerShell, Python, or Terraform scripts for administrative automation, CI gates, and operational runbooks.
- Support incident triage and root-cause analysis while collaborating with engineering teams in North America and India.
Requirements
- Requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud technical support, systems administration, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Requires foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, RBAC, cloud networking, and cloud security.
- Requires introductory to intermediate PowerShell or Python scripting skills.
- Requires basic Windows Server administration knowledge and familiarity with relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or CompTIA Security+ certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps pipelines, CVSS scoring, patch-management platforms, or vulnerability-scanning tools.
