Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, document, test, and deliver new and existing software functionality.
- Develop and deploy AWS services, including Lambda and EC2.
- Modify and integrate existing GOTS code and open-source software into web applications.
- Develop APIs and integrate databases with React and Redux interfaces.
- Use GitLab, DevOps tools, and Agile processes to deliver software features.
- Participate in software planning, standups, increment planning, ticket assessment, and acceptance-criteria validation.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to support testing, delivery, and application enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, a master's degree with less than 2 years of experience, or at least 4 years of related experience.
- Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework, Python, C# development, unit testing, continuous integration tools, and GitLab.
- Understanding of AWS services and experience with software development or integration in cloud, SOA, web-services, or virtualization environments.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI clearance after hire.
- Preferred qualifications include Linux or Windows system administration, DoD aeronautical datasets, AWS CloudFormation, Node, npm, REST APIs, Sass, AWS certifications, Jira, Confluence, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a DoD 8570-compliant certification such as Security+.
- Strong organization, communication, collaboration, planning, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
