Responsibilities
- Develop and test ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Ingest and transform data from multiple sources into a cloud data platform.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, team meetings, and collaboration with engineers.
- Present project outcomes and learnings to team leaders and leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Must have at least one course remaining in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program after the internship.
- Experience with SQL and Python or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and Git.
- Coursework or projects involving databases, data structures, or big data.
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
