Base Salary

$200k - $350k/yr

Responsibilities

Define product positioning, scope features, and identify the smallest complete version to build.
Design consumer experiences, including onboarding, activation flows, and interface copy.
Build frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Implement APIs, SQL data models, authentication, payments, and subscriptions.
Set up analytics, experiments, and production monitoring to measure engagement and retention.
Deploy applications, debug production issues, and maintain reliable core functionality.
Use user feedback and product data to guide product iteration and decisions.
Ship polished MVPs or substantial product iterations in roughly three to seven days.

At least three years of experience shipping consumer products end-to-end from concept through production.
Experience building and shipping a product at an early-stage startup or through independent product work, with evidence of real users.
Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, SQL databases, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience implementing authentication, payments, subscriptions, and deploying and debugging production applications.
Experience designing consumer product interfaces and using analytics and experimentation to evaluate engagement and retention.
Consumer apps, social products, communication tools, or cross-platform development experience is valuable.
Familiarity with PostHog or similar analytics tools and AI development tools, with sound architectural judgment and code quality.
