Responsibilities

Develop tailored ServiceNow solutions with process owners and the product owner.
Maintain high platform standardization and prevent technical debt.
Advise ZEISS internal business units with functional and technical expertise.
Support the capture and analysis of requirements.
Apply AI technology knowledge to improve services efficiently.
Align solution designs with business requirements, governance, and compliance obligations.
Manage or contribute to ServiceNow implementation projects and integrations with third-party systems.
Contribute as an important member of the DevOps product team.

Completed degree in computer science or a comparable field.
Relevant professional experience and demonstrable success as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Business Analyst in relevant ServiceNow products.
Demonstrable experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
Experience integrating third-party systems using different integration technologies.
A background as a ServiceNow or full-stack developer is advantageous.
Practical experience integrating AI technologies is desirable.
ITIL Foundation certification is required.
Project management certification is advantageous.
Experience in agile work environments and agile or hybrid project methods.
Strong teamwork, goal orientation, structured working style, and ability to work independently.
