Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain programs in development environments.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and programming solutions.
- Build and maintain automated housekeeping procedures to manage application usability.
- Collaborate with Front Office teams to develop front-end pricing and risk tools for market-making activities.
- Configure and develop trading systems to enable new products.
- Develop and configure front-end and back-end trading and risk-management systems across Global Markets asset classes.
- Coordinate front-to-back activities to deliver new products and Global Markets solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Information Technology.
- Five to seven years of software engineering experience translating requirements into technical specifications and developing programming solutions.
- Eight to ten years of experience with modern engineering practices, multiple IT engineering disciplines, and demonstrated specialization in at least one area.
- Experience within the required scope of expertise.
- Technical competencies in API Engineering, Automation, Cloud Computing, and Continuous Delivery.
- Behavioral competencies including practical problem solving, articulating information, checking details, developing expertise, documenting facts, and embracing change.
