Responsibilities
- Build and evolve production AI agent pipelines for CVE research, patch generation, validation, container image remediation, and end-to-end merge requests.
- Design agent capabilities including prompts, tools, model selection, context, guardrails, and integrations.
- Create feedback loops through production tracing, dataset creation, evaluation design, and scoring.
- Analyze performance improvements across patch success, quality, latency, and cost using evidence-based experimentation.
- Operate production systems across Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, AWS, and GitOps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize high-impact customer security problems and ship quickly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agentic architectures, and AI workflows such as LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Strong experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in day-to-day engineering work.
- Solid understanding of applied AI and data science mechanics, including evaluation design, experimental rigor, noisy metrics, statistical reasoning, and feedback loops.
- Strong software engineering skills and an experiment-driven approach to forming hypotheses, measuring results, and iterating.
- Judgment to distinguish impressive demos from reliable production systems.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication and good product instincts.
- Preferred: cybersecurity experience involving CVEs, containers, software supply chain security, or penetration testing.
- Preferred: experience with open-weight models, including model selection, serving, inference optimization, or fine-tuning.
- Preferred: familiarity with Langfuse or similar observability and evaluation platforms.
- Preferred: experience with Go or TypeScript.
