Responsibilities
- Build and evolve production AI agent pipelines for CVE research, patch generation, validation, container image remediation, and end-to-end merge requests.
- Design agent capabilities including prompts, tools, model selection, context, guardrails, and integrations.
- Create tracing, datasets, evaluations, scorers, and feedback loops to improve system performance.
- Analyze production performance across patch success, quality, latency, and cost.
- Operate production systems across Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, AWS, and GitOps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize high-impact security problems and ship solutions quickly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agentic architectures, and AI workflows such as LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Strong experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in day-to-day engineering work.
- Understanding of evaluation design, experimental rigor, noisy metrics, statistical reasoning, feedback loops, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Strong software engineering skills and an experiment-driven approach.
- Ability to distinguish production-reliable systems from demonstrations and work independently with high ownership.
- Clear communication and good product instincts.
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity, including CVEs, containers, software supply chain security, or pentesting.
- Preferred experience with open-weight models, model selection, serving, inference optimization, or fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with Langfuse or similar observability and evaluation platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Go or TypeScript is preferred.
