Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to improve code generation and reasoning in Codex models.
- Develop research insights into model training, alignment, and evaluation.
- Identify and address inefficiencies across the Codex system stack.
- Build tooling to measure, profile, and optimize system performance at scale.
- Prototype new capabilities and debug complex issues.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills.
- Experience with large language models in software reasoning and code generation.
- Ability to balance performance, speed, cost, and user experience.
- Creativity and rigor in tackling open-ended research problems.
- Experience with ML systems and cloud infrastructure.
