Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Lead strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes and monitor model performance metrics.
- Analyze model outputs and identify opportunities for iterative improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Serve as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Manage data preprocessing and work with large datasets for model training.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and related language model development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of instruction fine-tuning methodologies and domain adaptation strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages used in model development.
- Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing for model training.
- 15 years of full-time education.
