Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable data platform components for analytics and governance.
Collaborate with data product managers and analysts to deliver high-quality data products.
Contribute to the development of DataOps roadmaps balancing business and technical needs.
Mentor team members and participate in interviews and new initiatives.
Build automated testing and data quality checks to improve platform reliability.
Support engineers through feedback and code reviews.

2+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering.
BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in developing and deploying large-scale data pipelines with a focus on quality.
Proficiency in building ETL/ELT workflows and integrations with cloud-based data systems.
Ability to manage end-to-end data platform features efficiently.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required.
