Responsibilities
- Participate in the full delivery process from idea refinement and implementation through production deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and learn and apply engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with UX designers, data analysts, business partners, and other engineering teams to create user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and improve the technical stack and developer workflows.
- Build and maintain advertising, privacy, and user-consent management modules used by millions of users.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Commercial experience as a software engineer building complex, high-traffic web applications.
- Openness to developing backend skills and using AI-driven development approaches.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with initiative in technical discussions and problem solving.
- Fluency in Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level.
- Experience or interest in AdTech or web privacy standards such as GDPR and CMP/consent management is preferred.
