Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions for finance processes.
- Manage the entire AI solution lifecycle from ideation to ongoing support.
- Identify and analyze efficiency opportunities in software development and testing.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows.
- Conduct proactive research in AI/ML to identify business opportunities and use cases.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in data science and AI/ML, particularly in finance.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
