Base Salary
$188k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement backend services for multi-agent workflows.
- Design scalable workflow engines and 'human-in-the-loop' systems.
- Create integration layers between AI frameworks and JVM-based microservices.
- Implement verification layers and security guardrails for AI agents.
- Build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Collaborate with researchers and product leads to define AI orchestration roadmaps.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with JVM-based languages.
- Experience designing event-driven architectures and fault-tolerant services.
- Proficiency with relational databases and experience with vector databases.
