Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Conduct functional, integration, performance, security, and non-functional testing.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Pytest, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Perform API testing using Postman or comparable tools.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
- Validate AI/ML and GenAI solutions for model accuracy, fairness, bias, robustness, performance, and input/output data quality.
- Manage and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in QA and automation engineering.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Pytest and Selenium.
- Strong API testing skills and knowledge of CI/CD integration.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
- Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience testing AI/ML and GenAI systems, including model validation, bias detection, feature and data pipeline testing, robustness evaluation, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
