Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable applications for sales execution and customer-facing business capabilities.
- Build modern web experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop Salesforce user experiences with Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Lightning technologies.
- Develop Salesforce business logic and integrations using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Design and develop backend services and REST APIs connecting Salesforce with custom applications and enterprise systems.
- Develop solutions interacting with SQL Server and other enterprise data sources.
- Build and maintain integrations among Salesforce, CRM, mobile applications, web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Design reliable data flows and enterprise integration patterns across user experience, business service, and data layers.
- Troubleshoot issues spanning frontend applications, APIs, Salesforce, databases, and downstream integrations.
- Write automated unit and integration tests and support automated build, testing, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Data, QA, Security, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Modernize and simplify applications, improve performance, reduce technical debt, and own solutions through production support.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, including Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce data models, security concepts, and platform development practices.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience and hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating distributed enterprise applications.
- Strong backend experience with a modern server-side technology such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or equivalent.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, including data modeling, SQL development, and performance considerations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications and understanding OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization concepts.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application layers and the ability to independently own technical solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce development experience is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Sales Cloud, sales execution workflows, mobile and external web integrations, event-driven or asynchronous architectures, Azure or AWS, API gateways, application security, observability, logging, production monitoring, legacy integration modernization, and product-oriented engineering ownership.
Benefits
- Annual base pay range is $152,000–$178,300 USD, with benefits including medical, financial, and other offerings dependent on the position.
- Annual incentive reference value is 15%.
- Location is Atlanta, United States; travel required is 0%–25%.
- Relocation is not provided.
- The position does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship and requires current full-time U.S. work authorization.
