Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI-powered user-facing products.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack product experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams.
- Translate product and AI opportunities into clear technical plans.
- Build robust systems connecting application logic and data pipelines.
- Evaluate and integrate AI technologies into workflows.
- Establish frontend and backend engineering standards.
- Make high-quality technical tradeoffs across product impact and engineering complexity.
- Drive cross-team alignment to ship high-impact work.
- Mentor and grow engineers across the team.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps for AI-enabled product development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
- Track record of leading design and delivery of complex user-facing products.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend and backend development technologies.
- Strong experience designing scalable APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product development.
- Strong product judgment and user-centered approach.
- Experience in fast-moving environments, ideally building products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical direction.
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-team alignment.
- Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices.
- Strong mentorship mindset and commitment to peer growth.
