Responsibilities
- Lead AI software development initiatives and guide cross-functional delivery from concept through deployment.
- Design scalable application architectures and translate business needs into technical solution designs.
- Build and refine Python-based components, APIs, and interfaces for intelligent software products.
- Assess AI model use cases, integration points, and production readiness.
- Develop React Native experiences connecting mobile users to AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Coach teams through complex technical decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery challenges.
- Validate system behavior, code quality, and release readiness across development cycles.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape solution direction and adjust priorities based on feedback.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering methods, coding patterns, and automated delivery practices.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- At least 11 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Demonstrated AI solution architecture skills in client-facing delivery and expertise in enterprise-scale AI architecture.
- Experience leading cross-team delivery quality and alignment and shaping AI roadmaps for sustainability.
- Experience with sustainability data and ESG analytics.
- Extensive knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, Azure OpenAI, GPT models, and Llama.
- Proven expertise designing and deploying agent-based AI systems and architectures.
- Strong full-stack experience with WebApps, API integration patterns, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, and React.
- Strong cloud architecture experience, especially with Azure; AWS and GCP knowledge is desirable.
