Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise security solutions across Google SecOps, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Ping Identity, and Delinea.
- Serve as a technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
- Define secure, scalable architectures and integration patterns.
- Drive tool selection, implementation strategy, and platform evolution.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to L2 and L3 engineers.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with DevOps, IT, and business teams.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns.
- Oversee complex deployments, upgrades, and platform transformations.
- Implement advanced automation and optimization opportunities.
- Influence long-term security strategy through hands-on technical leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in information security engineering or a related field.
- Deep expertise in enterprise security architecture and engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google SecOps, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Ping, and Delinea.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting, automation, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of networking, identity, endpoint security, and detection technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver solutions at scale.
- Experience leading large-scale security tool deployments or transformations is preferred.
- A strong background in cloud security and modern infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to mentor engineers and elevate team technical capabilities is preferred.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments is preferred.
