Responsibilities
- Design, troubleshoot, implement, enhance, debug, integrate, and test software applications, stacks, and service integrations.
- Troubleshoot production software applications and pipeline workflows.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new products based on user and mission requirements.
- Automate deployments, testing, and builds using Ansible, Terraform, Git-CI, and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Improve documentation and development-process standards.
- Perform staged testing and quality control for developed and modified prototype software.
- Configure and tune commercial, government-off-the-shelf, and open-source technologies for mission needs.
- Work in Linux and container-heavy environments, including OpenShift, RHEL, Alma, and Docker.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 4–6 years of directly relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of directly relevant applications-development experience.
- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycles, code versioning and maintenance, software automation, application development, and data ETL workflows.
- Experience assessing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf products and developing with containerization software including Kubernetes, Docker, and Redshift.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Ansible, Git-CI, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Operational experience with Python and Linux terminals.
- Experience with installation, demonstration, testing, validation, and evaluation of software, tools, methods, and software measurement technologies.
- Experience interacting directly with customers in project environments or technical demonstrations.
- Preferred experience with at least two of Python, JSON, Data Analytics, MongoDB, MinIO, Ansible, Vue.js, React, HTML, Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, OpenShift, AWS, View Jazz Framework, Process Automation, and Terraform.
- Preferred CSSLP or Sec+ certification.
- Active Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DHS Suitability.
