Base Salary

$184k - $257k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide security guidance for new products and technologies, with emphasis on AI security and native-code security.
  • Lead internal security and privacy initiatives.
  • Analyze, assess, and respond to internet threats.
  • Engage directly with the security community regarding mobile security vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Conduct regular security assessments focused on mobile platforms and application code.
  • Identify and mitigate security and privacy risks in internet-facing products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of security engineering experience, including vulnerability research, penetration testing, or security assessments of production systems.
  • 3+ years of programming experience with Python, PHP, Ruby, or similar scripting languages.
  • 4+ years of experience reviewing C and C++ code.
  • Knowledge of secure code development best practices, security architecture principles, and least privilege.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating security and privacy risks in internet-facing products or services.
  • Preferred: knowledge of iOS or Android security models, static analysis, fuzzing, exploitation techniques, reverse engineering, or CTFs.
  • Preferred: experience developing mitigations, contributing to the security community, and applying responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Rust, Objective-C, and Java/Kotlin, plus ongoing AI skill development.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $184,000 to $257,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
