Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical digital and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data services for analytics and AI applications.
- Develop Agentic AI and Large Language Model solutions for predictive analytics, decision support, and process automation.
- Build AI applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, workflow orchestration, context management, and tool integration.
- Evaluate and improve machine learning models and AI solutions through tuning, testing, validation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Integrate OT/IT systems including PIMS, MES, SAP, and LIMS, and support data acquisition, cleansing, standardization, and quality management.
- Collaborate with business teams, digitalization teams, solution architects, and external partners during implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and rollout.
- Prepare technical documentation and support AI innovation, proof-of-concept activities, knowledge sharing, and organizational AI adoption.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Automation, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, and software development, with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, PyTorch, ETL/ELT processes, and data visualization technologies.
- Understanding of machine learning, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI, including familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent-development frameworks, with the ability to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot AI applications.
- Suitable for a fresh graduate or someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, machine learning, or LLM-based solution development.
- Prior experience in process industries, chemicals, energy, smart manufacturing, or factory digitalization is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, learning, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, plus good English and Mandarin communication abilities.
- Prior internship or project experience is a plus, and multinational-company experience is highly desirable.
