Responsibilities
- Own a project within the MediaPlayer stack, implementing new media features or optimizing playback performance.
- Develop high-performance C++ code on Linux-based systems to enhance the media pipeline.
- Use advanced debugging tools to fix complex playback issues across various hardware profiles.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to innovate on next-generation media features.
Requirements
- Pursuing an MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong command of data structures, algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, and systems design.
- Practical expertise in C++, Python, and Bash, particularly in Linux-based embedded systems.
- Deep understanding of Linux kernel concepts and multi-threading.
- Proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to streamline development workflows.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms, Machine Learning, and streaming technologies is a plus.
