Responsibilities
- Build components of the AI First Responder agent for automated on-call triage.
- Contribute to the IaC migration away from Terraform Cloud.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to develop applied AI skills.
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams and present work.
- Shadow incident triage and on-call workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Python, Go, or another backend language.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, or infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and use AI-assisted development tools.
- Comfort working in a Linux/CLI environment and with Git.
- Ability to communicate progress and document work clearly.
- Self-starter mindset with initiative and feedback-seeking behavior.
- Prior experience in platform engineering or infrastructure automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with observability and incident-management tools is a plus.
- Experience with LLM APIs or building agent-style workflows is a plus.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or Helm is a plus.
