Base Salary
$200k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on deploying Claude-powered products and workflows from discovery through deployment.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions with account executives and solutions architects.
- Develop customized pilots, prototypes, evaluation suites, and technical architecture recommendations.
- Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams.
- Identify reusable design patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Create public and internal documentation covering LLM prompting, evaluation, agentic techniques, and architecture patterns.
- Maintain expertise in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, implementation support, and relationship building.
- Attend conferences, deliver speaking engagements, and write AI-focused blog posts and white papers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Product Manager; technical founders are also encouraged to apply.
- Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript and experience building production applications.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work across domains, and simplify complex problems.
- Strong cross-organizational collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for advancing safe and beneficial AI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

- Annual salary range of $200,000–$320,000 USD.
- Hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week; occasional customer-site travel is expected.
