Responsibilities
- Promote and support embedded software, cloud, security, and AI focus products through expert technical support.
- Develop and execute an EMEA-level technical embedded software sales strategy with sales, business development, field application, IoT, and hardware teams.
- Provide technical support and engineering services for key customer projects and support customers with embedded software and cloud engineering.
- Coordinate with embedded software vendors and hardware suppliers on strategic technical matters.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, training, and workshops for internal and external customers.
- Act as the primary technical and operational contact for selected global OEM customers and suppliers, including purchase-order validation and order processing.
- Develop technical skills through self-learning, training, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- At least five years of experience in a technical support role such as Field Application Engineer or Business Development Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of embedded software and hardware, including hands-on implementation experience with embedded operating systems, drivers, and additional embedded software.
- Experience selling embedded software solutions.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- SAP and Salesforce.com experience is advantageous.
- Ability to share knowledge through training and documentation, with strong facilitation, presentation, meeting, workshop, communication, and process-oriented skills.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel.
