Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Executives to drive complex technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close.
- Attend customer discovery, requirements-gathering, and technical calls to identify customer pain points.
- Translate customer requirements into Fingerprint-based solutions and demonstrate their value.
- Lead proof-of-value integrations with customer technology stacks.
- Develop demos that show how customers can use Fingerprint to enhance their businesses.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Present at conferences and represent Fingerprint’s solutions.
- Address customer issues, support customer satisfaction, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, account executives, and internal stakeholders to improve the sales process.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Located in the APAC region.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical implementations.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and interpreting data.
- Excellent technical presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and translate customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, self-starting, and strong in problem-solving.
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Must be authorized to work from the home location; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas.
