Responsibilities
- Build internal product surfaces such as dashboards and admin tools.

Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering background with experience in production-grade applications.
- Comfortable owning the full delivery surface from UI to API to auth.
- Experience integrating with external systems and ensuring reliability.
- Thrives in a high-agency, fast-paced environment with a bias toward action.
- Excited about turning prototypes into real systems rather than polishing existing ones.
- Collaborative communicator, comfortable working across research, platform, and product boundaries.
