Responsibilities
- Build internal product surfaces including dashboards, admin tools, and self-service workflows.
- Own end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs, authentication, RBAC, and audit trails.
- Integrate with customer environments and adjacent systems to enable seamless workflows.
- Productionize prototypes into reliable, maintainable, and operable platform components.
- Translate unclear product requirements into system designs and usable interfaces.
- Feed delivery learnings back into platform patterns and defaults to accelerate future development.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering background with experience shipping production-grade applications end-to-end.
- Experience owning delivery across UI, APIs, and authentication without handing off between layers.
- Experience integrating with external systems or customer environments and making those integrations reliable and maintainable.
- Ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into clear system designs and usable interfaces.
- Comfort working across research, platform, and product boundaries in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation to build tooling and workflows that accelerate development of open-weight AI systems.
