Responsibilities
- Verify and validate real-time embedded control aviation software.
- Test and document software in accordance with DO-178 guidelines.
- Develop tests, tools, and environments to support software testing.
- Report project status to management as required.
- Support V&V Center of Excellence strategies, innovation, and tool deployments across programs.
- Support the software development team as project needs require.
Requirements
- Be a fourth- or final-year Engineering Master’s student with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Have good knowledge of Python or another Windows/Unix scripting language.
- Have strong English communication and technical writing skills.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, self-motivation, independence, reliability, teamwork, and high ethical standards.
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming is valued.
- Familiarity with aerospace software standards, particularly DO-178, is valued.
- Applicants must have EU citizenship due to export restrictions.
