Responsibilities
- Own engineering projects and deliver initiatives against the Reliability & Observability Engineering roadmap.
- Support load testing, chaos engineering, and production assurance initiatives.
- Work with multiple engineering teams to improve platform reliability, availability, observability, and resilience.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and mitigate issues in production environments.
- Identify improvements, assess risks and benefits, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Share knowledge and promote reliable operating practices across the global platform.
Requirements
- Previous exposure to large-scale cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes, including EKS.
- A development or engineering background such as Python, .NET, or Java is advantageous.
- Experience developing AI agents is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn.
