Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for CMDB, HAM, SAM, APM, Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Lead CMDB engineering covering CI lifecycle, CSDM alignment, IRE, identification and reconciliation, CMDB Health, relationships, data quality, governance, and authoritative-source management.
- Implement and support Service Graph Connectors, ServiceNow Discovery, and external data-source integrations.
- Lead Hardware Asset Management capabilities across procurement, receiving, lifecycle management, stockrooms, transfers, audits, reconciliation, retirement, and disposal.
- Lead Software Asset Management capabilities including inventory, normalization, entitlements, consumption, compliance, reclamation, reconciliation, and Flexera integration.
- Provide engineering leadership for Application Portfolio Management and its integration with CMDB and enterprise data sources.
- Design and govern integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Lead engineers and own technical delivery, production support, testing, upgrades, patches, migrations, technical-debt remediation, and platform modernization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall ServiceNow or technology experience, including significant technical leadership responsibilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and implementation certifications are required.
- Extensive implementation and engineering experience across CMDB, HAM, SAM, and APM.
- Experience implementing and supporting Service Graph Connectors and ServiceNow Discovery in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with IRE, reconciliation, data normalization, CI identification, and multiple authoritative data sources.
- Strong experience integrating ServiceNow SAM with Flexera or equivalent software asset management platforms.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST APIs, enterprise endpoint or cloud technologies, and high-volume data integrations.
- Experience leading engineers and owning technical delivery within an Agile Product/POD operating model.
- Experience with production support, ATF, upgrades, patches, code migrations, technical-debt remediation, and platform modernization.
- BFSI or financial services experience is strongly preferred or required, with knowledge of risk, controls, auditability, security, regulatory requirements, and technology asset governance.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect engineering decisions to business services, risk management, cost optimization, operational resilience, and technology lifecycle outcomes.
