Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, deploy, monitor, and optimize production-ready generative AI applications and pipelines.
- Build Python-based APIs and software components that support scalable AI services.
- Develop multi-step agentic workflows for reasoning, task execution, and orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate AI capabilities into healthcare, pharmacy services, case management, program operations, analytics, and internal knowledge workflows.
- Contribute to enterprise AI platforms and reference architectures across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Ensure AI solutions address security, privacy, HIPAA, PHI handling, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Document designs, reusable patterns, trade-offs, and best practices for long-term platform sustainability.
- Evaluate vendor architectures, APIs, data flows, identity and access controls, security, scalability, interoperability, and operational supportability.
- Participate in technical discovery and proof-of-concept activities and recommend vendor, integration, and implementation approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related technical field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency and preferred experience in Java, .NET, or C#.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building GenAI or LLM-based applications in real-world or enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic or multi-step AI workflows with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure and/or GCP cloud environments.
- Familiarity with secure application development, enterprise integration patterns, responsible AI, model monitoring, and governance.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy services, regulated industries, or supporting internal business users is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI data handling, and secure AI design in compliance-driven environments is preferred.
