Responsibilities
- Define and execute the functional validation strategy throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write test cases, execute test campaigns, track defects, and help secure production releases.
- Identify quality risks and collaborate with international business, IT, offshore, support, delivery, and client teams.
- Improve testing processes and contribute to test automation using Playwright or equivalent tools.
- Use generative AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT to support test preparation, defect analysis, documentation, and validation while applying responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent training in computer science, software development, or information systems.
- 0 to 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including internships and apprenticeships.
- Knowledge of software validation, testing, and quality assurance principles.
- Initial experience writing and executing test cases, performing functional testing, and tracking defects.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and test management tools is appreciated.
- Basic test automation knowledge, such as Playwright or an equivalent tool, plus JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe; certification is a plus.
- Interest in generative AI and responsible use of AI, including data confidentiality and validation of generated results.
- Professional fluency in French and English, along with analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
