Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of security solutions across Fullscript's applications and platforms.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive application security, product security, and vulnerability management initiatives.
- Own complex security challenges that span multiple teams and deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor engineers and security practitioners to enhance secure software development.
- Influence technical strategy and security standards through hands-on engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
- 3+ years of recent experience in application security or related security discipline.
- Deep understanding of secure software development and modern application architectures.
- Experience owning complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Strong hands-on experience with security tooling and vulnerability management.
